I am excited about this offering because it means I can help more organizations move through change without hurting or burning out their most valuable asset - their PEOPLE. I’ve spent a lot of time curating the tools and processes to support leaders like you win at change management. A few years ago, I was a leader in an organization that went through a LOT of disruptive change as a result of growing pains that impacted the capacity of its staff and structure. And let me tell you it was PAINFUL!
Fast forward, having worked with dozens of leaders and organizations on managing change, I created the resource that I wish existed when I was a staff leader. Training for Change takes all of my experience managing change and curates it into a workshop where I’ll share with you the tools, tactics, and practices to help make the change you're managing equitable, inclusive, and successful.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF…
You want to help your organization and its people thrive in a fast-changing world but you feel overwhelmed. Let’s be clear there is a lot of doom and gloom in our communities, organizations, and society at large. While we can’t control everything that happens in our ecosystems – we can be intentional about the choices and decisions we make when it comes to change.
You have an impending change or are in the midst of change but don’t know how to get started. The practices and tools in Training for Change will help you identify the type of change you’re managing and how to prepare yourself, your team, and your organization for a successful change effort.
You find yourself on the other side of a change effort that didn’t go well. One of the things you can count on is that change is constant - so if your last change effort failed an opportunity to do it right is just around the corner. Training for Change will give you everything you need to be set up for success.
You need learning that is flexible but still want to be in community with others. Training for Change is a set of five pre-recorded modules designed to help you learn at your own pace. We release one module a week over five weeks and support materials that you can access at any time during the program. But we also create a community for each training cohort and office hours with Maya where you can get one-on-one help and answers to your burning and specific questions. Tap into the community and office hours as frequently as you like. We’re here to support you however you learn best.
